Sean Campbell

The LEND Program is on of those rare gems that has made a lasting and life-changing impact on both my professional and personal life. Professionally, I embrace a collaborative and multifaceted approach in all of my decision-making processes. I also embed the concepts of equity and cultural competence in those decisions to ensure the children and families that we serve will positively benefit from my work as a leader. Personally, as a parent of a child who has a disability, I found the LEND Program to be inspirational. LEND helped me to convert conceptual ideas into actionable and realistic outcomes that benefit all families throughout Virginia.
